  • We know selling your home can be a busy time. If following the consult, you want to bring in the pros to implement our room-by-room plan and make the home photo-ready, we can help.
  • Includes editing and styling for your occupied home. 
  • If additional furniture and accessory items are needed for staging, we offer shopping services and monthly rentals

PHOTO PREP + STYLING

Schedule

  • Put your home’s best face forward. In preparation for photo day, we come in and either spruce up an owner-occupied home or bring in art and accessories for light styling in a vacant home. 
  • Styling accessories are available for longer-term rental if you’d like them to stay.
  • If desired, we can stay on-site while the photographer works their magic to be an extra hand in photo styling.

Rental PROPERTIES

  • Capture the attention of short and long-term renters with fresh, modern furnishings, artwork and accessories to make any stay 5-star worthy.
  • Perfect for short-term rentals (like AirBnB’s and VRBO listings) and furnished long-term rentals (like corporate apartments.)
  • We can provide a roadmap for you to implement the design, or take advantage of our full-service offering installing all furnishings, accessories and housewares.
