One of my favorite things is sourcing the perfect gift for someone. Gift giving is not my love language and I’d rather give nothing than give the wrong thing, but when you get it right…such a great feeling!

With that in mind, I am putting together a few gift guides this year starting with one for the hostess. All the links are below and on my pinterest board.

Today, we are looking at the birmingham place 2020 gift guide for the hOSTESS.

Sure, our usual holiday parties, cookie exchanges, favorite things parties may not be happening at the same scale this year, but in the event you are gathering with friends or family and want to take a token of appreciation, these ideas should set you on the right track.

Check out my other holiday gift guides here and below.

$59.99

meyer lemon tree from plants.com

I used to have a lemon tree and LOVED it until a frost got in its way. Your host(ess) is sure to love it, too. If you’re short on time, swing by your local grocery store and grab an orchid. Trader Joes always has beautiful ones in nice planters for less than $25.

CYPRESS + PINE HEARTH + HAND CANDLE

This candle smells amazing and is so easy to snag with a Target drive-up order. I may stock up before they are gone!

williams sonoma winter pine gift set

I admit I am a bit obsessed with wintery pine scents but this is another one that doesn’t disappoint and comes in a perfect set for gifting. If pine isn’t your thing, a few other scents are available in the same set.

If you are a Tulsa local (or if not, they ship!) you have to get to The Nest for you host gifts. These candles are in beautiful jars, smell amazing, and come beautifully gift wrapped. There are a lot of scents to pick from. Mine is, of course, Balsam Fir.
